I was born and raised in Portland, OR and have spent significant time abroad and learning from other cultures. I believe that we can all flourish with the right support and understanding. I am a gemini with a virgo rising and a type two wing three on the enneagram. I believe that in order feel we are flourishing, we need holistic connection to our body, community, earth, and self. I believe we were born to thrive, but are born into systems or families that can make it difficult for us to claim our worth, shine our light, and have the kinds of relationships we deserve.
